Judas Betrays The Lord And Saviour With A Kiss
The Lord, the Apostles and Disciples were in the orchard of Massalian, and as they talked they saw a band of men with lanterns, with swords and clubs approaching them.
And Jesus said, “Behold the agents of the evil one! And Judas leads the way.”
And the Disciples said, “Lord, let us flee to save our lives.”
But Jesus said, “Why should we flee to save our lives when this is the fulfilment of the words of prophets and visioners?”

And Jesus went alone to meet the men; and as they came He said, “Why are you here, you men? Whom do you seek?”
And they replied, “We seek the man from Galilee. We seek for Jesus, one who calls Himself the Christ.”
And Jesus answered, “Here am I.”

And then He raised His hands and with a mighty thought He brought the ethers to the state of light; and all the orchard was aglow with light. The frenzied men were driven back; and many fled and tarried not, until they reached Jerusalem; and others fell upon their faces on the ground. The bravest men, and those with hardest hearts, remained.

And when the light had paled, diminished, the Lord again inquired, “Whom do you seek?”
And Ananias said, “We seek for the man from Galilee; we seek for Jesus, He who calls Himself the Christ.”
And Jesus answered him and said, “I told you once before; but now I tell you once again that I am He.”

By Ananias, Judas stood; but in a moment he had moved, and coming up behind the Lord, he said, “My Lord,” and then he kissed Him as a sign that He was Jesus whom they sought. And Jesus said, “Do you, Judas Iscariot, come and thus betray your Master with a kiss? This thing must need be done; but woe to him who does betray his Lord. Your carnal greed has blinded and deceived your conscience, and you know not what you do; but in a little time, your conscience will assert itself, and in remorse, behold you will close your span and take your life.”

Then the Apostles and Disciples came, laid hold of Judas and would have done him harm; but Jesus said, “You must not harm this man. You have no right to judge this man. His conscience is his judge, and will sentence him, and he will execute himself.”

And then the mob led on by Malchus, servant of Caiaphas, laid hold of Jesus, and was binding Him with chains. And Jesus said, “Why do you come in dead of the night with swords and clubs to take me from this sacred place? Have I not spoken in the public places of Jerusalem? Have I not healed your sick, and opened up your blinded eyes, and made your lame to walk, and your deaf to hear? You could have found me any day. And now you try to bind me down with chains, what are these chains but links of reeds?” And then He raised His hands; the chains were broken and they fell to earth.

And Malchus thought the Lord would flee to save His life, and with a club he wanted to smite Him in the face. But Peter had a sword, and rushing up, he smote the man and wounded him. But Jesus said, “Stay, Peter, stay. Put back your sword. You are not called to fight with swords and clubs. Whoever wields the sword shall perish by the sword. I do not need protection by the sons of men, for I could call this moment and a legion, yes, twelve legions of the Warrior Angels of God with merciless swords, would come and stand in my defence; but then it is not well.” The twelve legions of Angels means twelve multitudes of Angels, called Hosts of Angels.

And Then He said to Malchus, “Man, I would not have you harmed.” And then He laid his hand upon the wound that Peter made, and it was healed.
Then Jesus said, “Be not concerned lest I should tear myself away from you and flee to save my life. I have no wish to save my life; do with me as you wish.” The mob led Jesus away; and Peter joined with John, and they followed close behind the mob and came into Jerusalem.

In all their writings, the bible authors usually gave the impression that the mob subdued the Apostles and Disciples of Jesus Christ. That was not true. According to the Twelve Apostles, the number of Apostles and Disciples with Jesus that night were far more than the mob, and were stronger than the mob, and would have conquered the mob. They could have prevented the mob from arresting Jesus, but they did not do so, because Jesus told them that salvation is not by the earthly sword and strength, but by His crucifixion and death on the cross. That was the only reason why His Apostles and Disciples did not intervene further.

Point Of Correction

In all writings, the bible authors usually give the impression that the mob subdued the Disciples of Jesus Christ. That was not true. According to the Twelve Apostles, the number of Apostles and Disciples with Jesus that night were far more than the mob, and were stronger than the mob, and would have conquered the mob. They could have prevented the mob from arresting Jesus, but they did not do so, because Jesus told them that salvation is not by the earthly sword and strength, but by His death on the cross. That was the only reason why His Apostles and Disciples did not intervene to save Him, as they had done on many other previous occasions.

Against Betrayal

1.     When the problems of life seem to overwhelm you, pray to God for ease, for help, for comfort and for solution.

2.     It is very bad for a servant to betray his master.

3.     Likewise, it is very bad for a master to betray his servant.

4.     Do not play the role of a betrayer.

5.     Do not even act it in films or drama.

6.     Those who betray others end up inside the hell fire.

7.     Be warned.

8.     Both Saints and evil men reincarnate to continue from where they stopped.

9.     Judas was the Egyptian taskmaster killed by Moses.

10.            Do not betray the Truth, because you will destroy yourself by so doing.

11.            The end point of every evil is its own self-destruction; and in doing so, it also destroys whoever that serves as its agent.

12.            Jesus reminds them of His righteous deeds and makes them know that they were acting out conspiracy.

13.            He lets them know that they are succeeding in their plots, simply because God allowed it all for a purpose.

The Man Without Ran Away

And a young man followed him, with nothing but a linen cloth about his body; and they seized him, but he left the linen cloth and ran away naked. Mark 14:43-52

This young man was not one of the apostles or disciples. He was just a neighbour who had noise of the mob, during the arrest, and came out of his house to see what was happening.

Why Two Apostles Followed Behind

Apostle Matthew: Who were the two apostles that followed the guards?

They were Simon Peter and John De Beloved.

Apostle Matthew: Why did they follow behind?

The Head: They have to know what happened next or where Jesus was taken to.

Apostle Matthew: That was number 1.

Number 2?

The Head: If necessary, they shall help out in various ways.

Number 3, for them to give necessary information and update to other apostles and disciples.

The Young Man

Apostle Matthew: Who was the young man that ran away naked?

He was just an observer. He just came out to see what was happening.

The Head: Perhaps, he was sleeping and had to wear the night clothe outside, that night. May be he heard voices, and had to come out to see and know what was happening.

Apostle Matthew: That was why he ran away. He was not one of us.

The Implications Of The Betrayal

Necessary Questions

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, I want to ask a question.

Was Judas among those whose feet were washed?

… Judas was among the disciples who ate the bread and drank the wine of the Holy Communion. Son of man, he was among.

Is it the Last Supper that he would not be among?

Himself participated in all things. Son of man, all the foods that Angels did brought down from heaven, himself was among those who ate the foods. Son of man, all the washings which Jesus was giving to us, himself was among. Himself participated in the Last Supper.

The Head: Was he among those who ate bread and wine?

Apostle Matthew: Yes.

The Head: Let the will of God be done.

Apostle Matthew: But in the last washing by Jesus, himself was not among, he was absent …

Apostle Matthew: The bible account is not complete.

The Head: Let the Lord make us to know.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, when Jesus prayed over the bread and wine, into the body and blood of Jesus, Judas was among. Son of man, that was when he left, after eating the bread and drinking the wine, when Jesus spoke about him, that he would betray the son of man. That was when the evil spirit took possession of him.

The Head: Did Judas at last enter heaven?

Did he later reincarnated here one earth?

Apostle Matthew: Himself did reincarnated.

The Head: When he reincarnated, did he correct his ways?

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, it took time before he corrected his ways.

The Head: Is he now in his mansion?

Or is his mansion still vacant, unoccupied?

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, himself is still making efforts.

The Head: Lord, is he in this world now?

Apostle Matthew: Judas is in heaven. But he has not yet got to the kingdom prepared for him.

The Head: He has not yet got to the kingdom prepared for him. He is still making efforts?

Apostle Matthew: Yes.

Perfect Wash

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, what was the last washing Jesus gave to the disciples?

The Head: It is the washing of perfection – perfect wash. Judas did not receive it and that was the reason why he could not overcame, like the other apostles, in perfection. Son of man, he is following a very long way.

The Head: But yourselves took the very short way, because Jesus had washed your feet.

Apostle Matthew: Yes. Ourselves completed our works and had our victory. But Judas has not completed his works. Himself had seen the glorious works of God the Father, and was among the believers, but he turned his back on God.

According To Destiny

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, why is it that it was Judas Iscariot who betrayed Jesus?

The Head: Let the Lord tell us.

Apostle Matthew: Yourself, Chukwudi?

Son of man, everybody here on earth has a work to do. He has a work to do and win, before he returns to heaven.

The Head: Yes.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man …, number 1, Judas was chosen by the Holy Spirit to make the word of prophecy come to fulfillment and manifestation.

Number 2, the reason why the journey is hard for him is because of the evil spirit in him, which himself was welcoming into himself. He was not accepting good spirit. He was not receiving the word of Jesus. Himself was in our midst, but he was following the people of the world, living worldly lifestyle.

Due To Hypocrisy

Apostle Matthew: How did it … happen?

It was by the way he behaves and by the way himself thinks, and by all the words that were coming out of his mouth.

Son of man, a person who behaves in this way, does it show that the Holy Spirit is in him?

The Head: It does not show. He is a hypocrite, who is pushed to the side, kept by the side.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man … Son of man, himself trusted in the things of the world, instead of trusting in God. The kingdom in the midst of which we are, the kingdom which ourselves received, himself was not serious, not earnest. He did not bring out his heart – he was not earnest. He had one leg inside and the other leg outside. Son of man, himself was not watchful. It should not have gone the way it did.

The Head: Yes.

Apostle Matthew: Because himself was not watchful. Himself did not know that himself should have asked the FirstSon of God, Jesus Christ, when Jesus said Judas would betray Him. Himself did not kneel down and plead for mercy. If he had asked Jesus, Jesus would have explained all things.

Son of man, he would have walked in the procedure as the God the Father wanted. But the evil spirits took possession of him, and the Holy Spirit did not come into Judas… And himself betrayed Jesus in the way that was the worst – betrayal and suicide. But that was by his destiny. If he had asked Jesus, he would still have betrayed Jesus, and still go to heaven. Himself would have received salvation, just as the other apostles did.

God’s Love Endures Forever

Apostle Matthew: Judas had reincarnated. Jesus is having mercy for him. The love of God endures from everlasting to everlasting. Judas is in heaven paying his karmic debts.

Spiritual Blindness, Ignorance And Laziness

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, even so many children of God who supposed to have reached their mansions, are still on the way. Themselves are still on the way. They have not come close to their mansions, as they should, to receive their mansions and blessings waiting for them.

The children of God do not know the value of the power of the Holy Spirit in them. Some of them who know do not understand it as it should. Some who use the power to work, do not use it the way it should be used, because themselves have not understood what is inside them. Son of man, the children of God should endeavour, they have to be making efforts more that they are doing now.

The Head: Yes.

Apostle Matthew: Themselves have to be serious more that they are now. Themselves have to grow in spirit more than they have grown. This is because strange happenings abound in this world. Son of man, powers of darkness, themselves are in the midst of darkness. Themselves have to grow in spirit, for the Holy Spirit in them to become radiant. The Holy Spirit in them is greater than the powers of darkness. Themselves have to bath with the Blood of Jesus, from time to time, because there is power and victory in the Blood of Jesus, which the children of God shall use to overcome the world. They have to use the name of Jesus in performing works, in doing various types of works. They have to make declarations and pray.

The Head: Yes.

The Arrest Of Jesus Christ

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, have you seen that many of the ministers of God are not serious?

The Head: Yes.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, even so it was with ourselves, when ourselves started this work. Ourselves were not serious… some of us were making efforts. Some were not serious. Son of man, Jesus told us to pray.

Why did He asked us to pray?

The Head: It is because, through prayers, yourselves shall defeat Satan and various temptations.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, before the mob came to arrest Jesus, He told us to pray, that people were coming to arrest Him. But ourselves did not understand what He said. He told us that people were coming to arrest Him. But we did not understand what He said.

Apostle Matthew: Why did we not understand what He said?

The Head: You disciples did not understand what He was telling you people. You did not understand what was going to happen.

Apostle Matthew: That is one point.

Number 2?

The Head: Sometimes, in the night, after a person has worked and moved about during the day, at night weakness is so much. But, that night when the disciples knew that something bad was about to happen, they supposed to be watchful and awake, praying.

Apostle Matthew: That was a work which the Holy Spirit did by His hand, by Himself. If we had started to pray, they could not have arrested Jesus.

Many things that are mistakes are not mistakes. Son of man, Jesus told us to pray. He knew that we were not going to pray. He knew, because Himself had said that it was time to fulfil all that God the Father said about Him – to fulfill all prophecies and righteousness.

If Jesus had not been arrested, would they have been able to crucify Him?

The Head: No.

Apostle Matthew: It was the Holy Spirit that made us to sleep. Son of man, see, as soon as they came to arrest Jesus, it was too late.

Why was it like that?

The Head: There was nothing that you disciples could do. At that time.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, if we had understood what Jesus said, do you know what we would have done?

We would have surrounded Jesus with the swords. We were many. We would have surrounded Him with the swords. … Ourselves would have used the swords to strike down those people.

Apostle Matthew: Do you think that the soldiers would have defeated us?

Themselves could not have defeated us. But the Holy Spirit made it to happen the way it did. The reason why all these things happened the way they did was for the word of God to come to fulfilment and manifestations.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, why did the soldiers and mob come at night?

The Head: For the public not to know what they were doing. If the public knew it, many would not support them. There might have been crisis and violence.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, yourself answered very well, because many, many, many people who were followers of Jesus would have stoned the soldiers to death. If the crowd came against them, the soldiers would not have been able to arrest Jesus. That was why they made the arrest secretly, at night.

Apostle Matthew: Another point about the work we were doing, it showed that we were not watchful. That is number 3 point. The Holy Spirit gave revelation about the arrest, if we had been watchful, it would not have happened the way it did. Ourselves loved Jesus and Jesus loved us. Ourselves would not have allowed the arrest. As soon as they reached the venue where we were, ourselves woke up. But by then, it was too late.

Number 4 point, ourselves wanted to fight, but Jesus said, “No,” because the case is not what to fight over.  The work of salvation, which God the Father wanted to do, is not what required a fight. If ourselves had faced them, ourselves would have got victory, because the Holy Spirit was with us. The Holy Spirit would have given us the power to overcome the soldiers. But it was not man’s will that had to be done – God’s will had to be done, because the appointed time had come to do the will of God.

Beware Of Arresting The Innocent

1.     So many soldiers, police officers and security men have landed themselves inside the hell fire, because they maltreated the Saints of God or persecuted innocent people.

2.     The fact that a person is an army officer, police official or security personnel is never an excuse for him to start molesting people.

3.     Every person in authority must make sure that he does his work, without attracting curse, condemnation or hell fire for himself.

4.     In every situation, remember that God is the Judge of all.
